Hear, hear! Two Great Bills!

H. 348 An act relating to health insurance coverage for hearing aids. Would require private insurance to provide coverage for hearing aids and services at the same level as Medicaid, providing equal access to health for people with hearing loss. The bill is in the House Committee on Health Care.


S. 137 is the Senate version of H. 348.

H. 312 An act relating to open movie captioning in movie theaters. Would require movie theaters to offer “open captions” (subtitles) for a small number of movies each week.
